Hi all, looking for a very clean and tidy professional flatmate.


Room available in my lovely new flat on Rouge Bouillon. Available now. Flat is great, plenty of space, lots of light, and a Southwest-facing balcony for sun from about 11am to sunset. Has a king size bed (with under-bed storage), a large wardrobe, dishwasher, washing machine, bicycle storage and car parking available. All very clean and new - one of the nicest ‘Registered’ property buildings on the island.


 


Rent is £1100 per month, plus bills of about £75 for water, electricity and WiFi. A deposit of £1150 with MyDeposits Jersey will be payable to the property owner to secure the contract (all dealt with by the management company).


To be clear, I do not own the apartment. Total rent is £2300 a month, currently paid by my flatmate and I. I pay £1200, flatmate £1100.
