About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time individual to assist in the day-to-day lifestyle and property requirements of high-net-worth individuals. The role involves handling a wide range of tasks, from organising personal and household needs to overseeing property maintenance and administration. Much of the work will be administrative and service coordination, requiring patience and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Being available at all times, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as clients may require assistance 24/7.
- Managing and organising client requests, no matter how small or large, often at very short notice.
- Checking and processing invoices and handling basic administration tasks.
- Coordinating property and lifestyle services as directed.
Requirements:
- Must hold the appropriate qualifications and permissions to work in Jersey.
- Contracted 35 hours per week, with additional expectation of being on call at all times.
- Strong communication skills, with a high level of confidence in managing phone calls and liaising directly with services and clients.
- Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to promote services and attract new clients.
- Degree-level education is desirable.
- High level of flexibility and willingness to respond immediately to client needs.
- Ability to work under high pressure in time-sensitive situations.
