We excel in customer service and this has been a major contributor to the business growth. We are able to deliver a guaranteed response time of less than two hours, and more often than not the response time is measured in minutes as 90% of our customer base is centrally based as we are, in St Helier.
The central purpose to our service excellence is to ensure that the customer’s machine is operational as soon as possible to minimise downtime and disruption within the business. Due to our location, we concentrate our resources in the St Helier square mile and the immediate surrounding area, enabling us to not only ensure the machine is up and running in no time, but that we can respond to the service call in a matter of minutes.
We also commit to a rapid response to meet specific customer deadlines. For example, one customer requires printing of private bank statements over a production period of four days only each month. In this instance, we commit to a pre-service print run check and a service time of 15 minutes during the ‘run’.
Since our inception in 1997 we have had a significant revenue and profit growth. In 2008, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of The Danwood Group, Europe’s largest independent print and document management supplier.
Being product independent, we are able to offer a comprehensive range of software, hardware, and even consumables solutions from global brands such as HP, Sharp, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Panasonic, Samsung and Xerox. We are also the Channel Islands' only HP Gold Preferred Partner supplier. Being independent allows us to provide best-fit solutions to each customer no matter how complex.
