Located in Trinity, Jersey Dairy is a farmer-owned co-operative producing quality dairy products from milk supplied exclusively by pedigree Jersey cows. With a heritage dating back to 1763, our 11 dairy farms produce over 15 million litres of fresh Jersey milk each year.
Our range includes fresh and long-life milk, cream, butter, yogurt, kefir, ice cream, soft ice cream, thickshake mix and other dairy products. From our farmers and their cows through to the Dairy and our customers, we control the journey from grass to glass, with quality and food safety at the heart of everything we do.
