The National Trust Jersey invites families to Le Moulin de Quétivel for an afternoon of Halloween-themed arts and crafts. Led by Education Officer Erin, this practical workshop gives children the chance to create their own decorations using recycled household items and materials gathered from nature.
Children will turn empty glass jam jars into illuminated Halloween lanterns using LED tealights. They'll also work with twigs, pinecones and other woodland materials to make spiders, bats and imaginative creatures to display at home.
The session is designed for children aged 5–12, with an accompanying adult required. Craft supplies, natural materials and LED tealights are included, but families should bring a few clean, empty glass jars. Children's places are free for National Trust for Jersey members or £10 for non-members. Adults attend free, and advance booking is essential.
