Discover the wit, creativity and lasting influence of Oscar Wilde during this literary salon at the National Trust for Jersey's Georgian House on New Street. Set in the historic surroundings of the Club Room, the evening looks at Wilde's life and the enduring appeal of his novels, plays and poetry.

Dr Setara Pracha joins the Georgian House team to lead an engaging programme of discussion, stories and live readings. The event explores works including The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Selfish Giant, The Importance of Being Earnest and The Ballad of Reading Gaol, offering fresh perspectives on Wilde's writing and the world in which he lived.

Doors open from 6.00 pm, with refreshments provided before the evening begins.
