Free Legal Clinics: Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Jersey Hospice Care and Viberts are offering a series of free legal clinics designed to help people better understand Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). These informal drop-in sessions provide practical information for anyone considering writing a Will, reviewing an existing one, or exploring how an LPA can help safeguard their interests if they are unable to make decisions in the future.

Visitors will have the opportunity to speak directly with legal professionals from Viberts, ask questions in confidence, and gain a clearer understanding of the options available when planning ahead. The clinics aim to help individuals and families make informed decisions about important legal and personal matters.

Held at the King Centre at Jersey Hospice Care, the sessions are open to members of the public and do not require an appointment. Attendees can simply drop in during the advertised times to receive guidance and information.
