Come along and join us at Mind Jersey every 3rd Thursday of the month from 6pm in the chill out zone at pips place for our Portuguese Group.

Our Portuguese Group is for people whose first language is Portuguese and would find it difficult to participate in a group speaking English.

The group is currently open to anyone who is impacted by mental illness including those experiencing mental illness and the family or friends who support them.
