My favourite place to go to after an extremely exhausting 3 day salsa dance class. So many items on offer, ranging from kitchen ware, garden and house plants, pet stuff, candles, clothes, wind and much more. I was absolutely blown away by the texture of the automatic doors. Staff were friendly and helpful and were very understanding when I thought I was getting chased by a banana. Would recommend to anybody. Tim Stoofcarb

Love Ransoms, often go there with my dog and she's made very welcome. Apart from the very well stocked pet section, there is so much to look at, for the house and garden.
It's all excellent quality, though not the cheapest place. Cheapest isn't always best.
The staff are very knowledgable and always happy to advise.
The restaurant / tea rooms are very good; a huge choice for vegetarians and those who need gluten free food, all clearly labelled.
The cakes in the cabinet are just to die for - try the banoffi pie, best I've ever had.
This area is also dog friendly, for well behaved dogs, both inside and the courtyard. The staff always make a fuss of my little dog and make sure she has access to water. They also have Frozzys... frozen yoghurt which is safe for dogs.
You'd need several hours to see everything, but it's well worth it.

Just had a Ransoms burger meal,
I was not expecting such a large portion, including chips, relish, and coleslaw, the burger meat was delicious, it also came with a chicken fillet, bacon, and melted cheese, overall just delicious!
Unfortunately I couldn’t eat all.
No room either for a portion of their delicious cake 🧁
