Jersey Lavender

			One of the most fragrant attractions on the island, Jersey Lavender is a business that grows, harvests and distills its own lavender to obtain the pure oil within and use it in its own collection of quality lavender products. Built from scratch in 1983 out of what used to be a dairy farm, the company has grown to be one of the most well-reputed specialty boutiques in Jersey. Known as a natural, effective therapeutic ingredient, the lavender oil used in their creations is of a very high concentration, and acts as the key ingredient in a range of toiletry and perfume products sold on site.
Tour The Farm! Touring the grounds of this Jersey attraction is exciting and informative. In the Distillery, you will watch and learn about the meticulous processes involved in extracting oils from plants, then smell various Jersey Lavender product displays in the bottling room. Outside, you’ll witness beautiful gardens featuring a variety of trees, plants, bamboos and herbs in a gorgeous setting. Come during harvest time (June - August), and you will see nine acres of stunning lavender plants in full bloom! Visit the Sprigs Cafe for all-day breakfasts, teas, lunches coffees and a scrumptious selection of cakes. Here’s the menu! Want a souvenir?
