Waxing Moon Crystal Bowl Chakra Meditation

Claire Bradbury leads this Waxing Moon crystal bowl meditation at St Ouen’s Parish Hall. The session uses singing bowls made from quartz crystal, with different tones associated with the seven chakras and their corresponding musical notes.

Participants will experience an extended sound immersion designed to encourage a calm, meditative state. The organiser presents the practice as a way to support relaxation, emotional release, mental clarity and personal reflection.

Attendees should wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring one or two mats for extra padding, a cushion, plenty of blankets and drinking water.
