Walking football is played at a relaxed pace - no running allowed - making it a safe and enjoyable way to keep fit, boost your wellbeing, and share plenty of laughs along the way.

 

It’s a brilliant opportunity to connect with like-minded women, build confidence, and enjoy the team spirit of football.

 

Whether you’re completely new to the sport or a former player keen to get back on the pitch, everyone is welcome.
