Jersey Hockey AGM will be held at the Clubhouse, Les Quennevais, St Brelade on Thursday 31st July 2025 at 19:45.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting at Jersey Hockey Limited under the terms of the Constitution dated 18th March 2019.

Agenda

1. To receive the President’s report.
2. To receive the reports of the sub-committees of the general committee.
3. To receive the Treasurer’s report.
4. To set the membership subscriptions for season 2025/2026 to include the new membership charge introduced by England Hockey. (England Hockey have introduced a new membership fee which is to be collected centrally by each hockey club. The fees are £5 for u12 minis players and £7.75 for all other categories of full playing subs (junior/u25/adult)).
5. To appoint Chairs to the sub-committees of the general committee.
6. To note the nominations for Company directors : President, Vice-president, Treasurer and Company secretary.
7. To consider the revised Constitution for approval.
8. Any other business.
