Mind Jersey Perinatal Support service is offering a supported drop-in group for Mums & expectant Mums.
Being a mum can often be challenging. If you're feeling low or that you are struggling right now, our ‘Mums Meet’ groups offer mums a safe and non-judgemental space to meet and learn from other mums, ask questions, and connect with likeminded mums who get it!
We have plenty of space with various toys and invite mums to attend with or without their little ones; it's completely up to you. No booking required—just turn up and join in!
