Jersey Archive are running 3 tours today 9.30am, 10.30am and 11.30am to conclude the series of Your Home Your Story events ran during 2024.

Jersey Archive was made to store documents on the island has records dating back to 1378. It stores records from the government, personal and business records, letters and police records, as well as family trees and private documents, and much more. The archive holds over 300,000 documents and images. The Archive also stores occupation cards that all islanders were required to have. It also stores letters between the island and the UK, of which the sender was only allowed to write a total of 25 words.

Jersey Archive will also be open from 9am to 1pm for general research.
