Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel is showcasing seasonal ingredients and carefully prepared dishes for the Delicious Jersey Dine-Out Festival. Its three-course dinner menu features Jersey crab arancini, butter-roasted salmon, roast chicken and freshly hand-rolled tagliatelle, alongside autumn-inspired starters and desserts. The experience begins with Liberation IPA and spelt sourdough served with seaweed butter, bringing local flavours to the table from the outset.

- Butternut Squash Velouté with Jersey yoghurt, preserved lemon puree, spicy granola, curry oil
- Ham Hock and Foie Gras Terrine with Jersey black butter, toasted fruit and nut bread, Chef's garden quince, candied walnuts
- Jersey Crab Arancini with caramelised onion puree, charred corn on the cob, BBQ onion, crispy shallots
Main Courses
- Jersey Butter-Roasted Salmon Fillet with potato and dill gnocchi, Manor Farm cabbage, baby onions, horseradish velouté
- Roast Chicken Breast with confit leg stuffing ball, heritage carrots, wilted baby gem heart, creamy wholegrain mustard sauce
- Freshly Hand-Rolled Tagliatelle with Jerusalem artichokes, sautéed forest mushrooms, porcini sauce, truffled watercress salad

- Autumn Bliss Raspberry Assiette with Jersey whole milk ganache, frozen raspberry and Jersey yoghurt, raspberry meringue
