In the heart of St Peter's Valley, the restaurant at Greenhills Country House Hotel is showcasing seasonal cooking and local produce for the Delicious Jersey Dine-Out Festival. Its 2 AA Rosette restaurant has prepared a lunch menu featuring Jersey seafood, locally reared meat and autumn vegetables. With choices ranging from Jersey white crab meat and sea bream to Durban Bunny Chow and seasonal desserts, diners can enjoy two or three courses.
