Its contribution to the Delicious Jersey Dine-Out Festival is a two-course menu featuring hand-picked Jersey crab and Atlantic prawns to start, followed by a slow-cooked Jersey beef pie made with Liberation Ale. The selection brings together locally sourced seafood, beef and seasonal vegetables.
