“We love to use fresh Jersey produce as much as possible and our specials board often reflects this,” says Alves who has been head chef at the Smugglers for the past 10 years. “We pride ourselves on our comprehensive steak menu, but we also cater for those who enjoy traditional dishes like home made sausages and red onion gravy and delicious home made steak and Guinness pies. But if you just want to indulge in fish and chips then we can also fit that bill too.”
