Enjoy a welcome drink before an engaging presentation by The Atlantic’s Head Pastry Chef, Richard Ellis, who will share the story behind Xoco’s single-origin chocolate – from bean to bar.

Then, indulge in a multi-course chocolate-inspired extravaganza in the Ocean Restaurant, where each dish celebrates the complexity and beauty of this exceptional ingredient.
