Plans for a £30 million pound redevelopment of the former Jersey Brewery site on Ann Street have been unveiled. They include a 620 space multi-storey car park, a supermarket, shops and up to 30 flats. The brewery’s old facade will be kept, and the historic but derelict house Sans Souci on St Saviour’s Road will be fully restored. Architects say the car park could have photovoltaic glass panels to generate solar electricity to power the lights. Designs for the privately-funded project will be on show tomorrow at the Pomme d’Or tomorrow 11.30am-2.30pm. You can also see them and give your feedback by visiting www.annstreet.je |
